Only acer has the correct sound driver for your laptop, not realtek even though it may be a realtek device. go to the acer website that serves your country and get the sound driver for your laptop. To fix no audio output device is installed problem, try to re-enable the device. in device manager, double-click the audio device then click enable to enable the device. if this method doesn't work, try other methods..
